Abstract: The characteristics of the synchrotron radiation (SR) source for X-ray topographical study at Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) are discussed, the spatial resolution of topographical study and the diffraction intensity from Li2B4O7 single crystal are given.
