Abstract：
The Hartree-Fock method is used to calculate the binding energy of Λ hypernuclei ⁵_ΛHe and ⁹_ΛBe and the binding energy of charmed Λ(Λ_c) nuclei ⁵_ΛHe and ⁹_ΛBe. By setting the ratio of the binding energy of Λ in ⁵_ΛHe and ⁹_ΛBe to be equal to the ratio of the binding energy of Λ_c in ⁵_ΛHe and ⁹_ΛBe, the Λ_c-N interaction is determined to be equal to 4/5 of the Λ-N interaction. With the interaction thus obtained the binding energ of 1p-shell Λ hypernuclei and 1p-shell Λ_c nuclei are calculated.
