Abstract：
We have studied the pion single charge exchange reaction ¹³C(π⁺, π⁰) ¹³N_g.s. whichcan reach to isobaric analog state by using the isobar excitation mechanism. The angle-integrated cross sections is calculated. Theoretical results fit the experimental dataquite well.
