Abstract：
A relativistic microscopic nucleon-nucleus optical potential is derived from the relativistic Brueckner-Bethe-Goldstone (RBBG) equation. The complex effective mass of a nucleon is determined by a fit to the scattering data for P-⁴⁰Ca at 200 MeV, The relativistic microscopic optical potentials with this effective mass are obtained from the RBBG equation for P-¹⁶O, ⁴⁰Ca, ⁴⁰Zr, ²⁰⁸Pb scatterings in the energy range from 160 to 800 MeV. The microscopic optical potential is used to study the P-⁴⁰Ca scattering problem at 200 MeV. The results, such as differential cross section, analyzing power and spin rotation function, are compared with those calculated from the phenomenological relativistic potentials.
