Abstract：
Probability P_i for the production of i-quark jets (i=u,d, s, c and b) in the e⁺e^- annihilation has been studied based on the electroweak unified standard model. Probability P_i is a function of energy √s. The calculated component ratios of Pu:Pd:Ps:Pc:Pb are 4:1:1:4:1 for √s < 30 GeV, 7:9:9:7:9 for √s=m_z=91.16 GeV and 1:1:1:1:1 for √s=78 and 117 GeV, respectively. Using P_c and P_b we have calculated the yields of charmed and bottom mesons in e⁺e^- annihilations in the range of √s=10-178 GeV.
