Abstract：
We treat baryons as solitons and compute static properties of them in a SU(2)×SU(2) non-linear σ model which contains only a sixth-order term to stabilize solitons.The prediction values in this model are better than that in the Skyrme model,especially the pion decay constant F_π and the axial coupling constant g_A.
